Crown Agents Investment Management (CAIM) is pleased to announce that Roberts Grava, former World Bank RAMP, JP Morgan Asset Management and Central Bank of Latvia executive, has been fully ratified by regulators as CAIM’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and has assumed his new role officially.
Roberts brings over 25 years of global institutional asset management experience to the firm. During his long career, he has held senior positions at several highly reputed industry players across both the private sector – notably JP Morgan Asset Management – and the public sector – including the World Bank, where he was Engagement Manager for the World Bank’s Reserves Advisory and Management Program (RAMP). He also brings hugely valuable experience as a central banker himself, having spent over a decade as Chief Investment Officer, Head of Reserves Management and Market Operations, and a Member of the Executive Board at the Central Bank of Latvia.
Having undertaken his new role at CAIM, Roberts will lead the team forwards into the next stage in CAIM’s growth strategy, using his extensive expertise and experience to strengthen the firm’s offering to its network of central banks, pension funds and sovereign wealth fund clients in developing countries.
